Bacon and cheese roll!

I must say, I like my bacon crispy, so I don’t think I’d like this bacon and cheese roll. But it is meat related, and I must say that sort of bacon mat they made is pure genius. It’s like bacon sushi!  However, I find the idea of raw bacon nigiri sushi a bit gross.  But using crisp bacon as a garnish?  Pure genius!!  I need a Carl’s Jr. around here so I can get this bad boy.  Hmmm.

Woo boy, we loves us some Wiki.  Check out the meat page!  Did you know that “Animals fed on grain and those which rely on grazing need more water than grain crops.[30] According to the USDA, growing crops for farm animals requires nearly half of the U.S. water supply and 80% of its agricultural land. Animals raised for food in the U.S. consume 90% of the soy crop, 80% of the corn crop, and 70% of its grain.”  Amazing!

I may not have liked the bacon chocolate, maybe I got a bad bar, but I sure think I’d like some bacon brownies!  At least if the bacon was crispy.  And man, that blog is great!  I’m going to have to try out the Maple Bacon Pancakes and make some Bacon-Wrapped Water Chestnuts.

And maybe I’ll have to make some bacon today now… mmm bacon.

How’s this for bacon??

Here's your new calendar!

Hmm, I bet it tastes like chicken.

Happy 2009!!

May it not live up to its full potential.
